Warranty Terms:

With all NEW items there is 12 months warranty, if an item faults within the first 14 days a full refund can be requested, after 14 days up till the 12 months the item would be repaired/replaced depending on manufacturers policies.

With USED/REFURBISHED/EX-DISPLAY/NEW CHINESE items there is a 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise, if the item faults within the first 14 days a full refund can be requested, after 14 days up to 30 days the item would be repaired or replaced depending on the manufacturers policies.

All reverse cameras come with 3 months warranty (This is just relevant to the cameras themselves and not any equipment that may be used to integrate the camera system)

If BCF Services are fitting your own equipment we warrant our work for 12 months, if there is a fault and it’s found that there is an issue with the equipment the customer has supplied and not the fitting, a cost may be incurred.
